Valley Breeze: Moreno, Vasquez will host hygiene product drive

PAWTUCKET - School Committee member Roberto Moreno and City Councilor Elena Vasquez, responding to The Breeze story last week on homeless residents not having access to a shower for more than a month, will be hosting a Hygiene Kit Supply Drive at The Guild.

“This week's Valley Breeze informed us of the horrible realities on how our homeless brothers and sisters have been denied a basic human right we take for granted: personal hygiene,” said Moreno in a post. “Our homeless citizens, who have fallen through the cracks of society, who do not have the means or the strength to properly protect themselves, are suffering.”
