Valley Breeze: Lincoln Housing Authority rated 'High Performer'

LINCOLN - The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has rated Lincoln Housing Authority's (LHA) Public Housing Program as a “High Performer” for the fiscal year of 2018, scoring 97 percent.

LHA is among a select number of housing authorities out of approximately 3,200 nationwide to achieve and maintain this prominent designation.
