The Valley Breeze: Still no new push for affordable housing in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET - A year after officials called off talks about new affordable housing incentives, citing numerous concerns from residents, there is still no sign of revived talks over the measures.

Councilor Meghan Kallman, who originally proposed the measures with Councilor Tim Rudd and is now departing the council to head to the Senate District 15 seat, highlighted the findings of the 2020 HousingWorks RI Fact Book last week in stating the need for more affordable units in Pawtucket.
