WOONSOCKET - Jesse Mayo, a local property owner in Woonsocket, said he's sometimes unable to sleep at night.

It's not for lack of things to do during the day. The Falmouth, Mass., resident splits his time between overseeing three apartment buildings he owns in Woonsocket and West Warwick and managing other properties for Nexus Property Management in Worcester, Mass. He owns a total of 21 rental units, most of them occupied.
