The Sun: Westerly council decides to sell Tower Street School Community Center property

WESTERLY — The Town Council voted unanimously Monday to sell the Tower Street School Community Center property, having determined it "no longer has a public purpose."

The vote followed a closed-door executive session that started before the council's regular meeting and then resumed following the conclusion of the regular meeting.
