RIHousing seeks proposals for redevelopment of Barbara Jordan II Proposal

Barbara Jordan II (BJII) is a housing development in Upper South Providence which includes 26 two- and three-story buildings containing 74 apartments. This email announces the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of BJII.

RIHousing undertook a nine-month community engagement process to create a vision for this redevelopment. This RFP was crafted with consideration for the key takeaways from that process.

RIHousing will conduct a tour of the properties at 10:00 AM on June 28, 2019 at 16 Somerset Street, Providence, with a Q&A to follow at 1:00 PM at RIHousing, 44 Washington Street, Providence.
