RIHousing: $3 million in Community Development Block Grant, COVID (CDBG/CV) Funding Available

RIHousing is pleased to share the following information from the State Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD).

The State Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is pleased to announce the availability of $3M in Community Development Block Grant, COVID (CDBG/CV) funding in support of affordable housing projects related to COVID needs.

The due date for applications is Wednesday, March 3, 2021 by 3:00 pm. Applications, in their entirety, must be submitted in a single email to Kimberly Crabill at Kimberly.Crabill@doa.ri.gov. Applicants are cautioned to factor time necessary for files to transmit electronically by the deadline. No applications will be accepted after the due date and time specified in this RFP. Relevant materials are linked below.

An application session has been scheduled to brief potential applicants on the intent of the funding and key application topics. While participation is not mandatory, potential applicants are encouraged to attend this meeting if possible (details below).
