UPDATE: The RFP deadline for ZEOS Program proposals has been extended to September 18, 2019 by 5:00 pm. There will also be a second Request for Information (RFI) period with all questions due by August 21, 2019 at 5:00 pm. All questions will be answered by August 28, 2019.
