RI Governor's Commission on Disabilities 2019 Public Forums
In honor of the 29th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rhode Island Governor's Commission on Disabilities will be hosting a week long series of public forums throughout the State.
These forums serve as the starting point for developing the Commission's legislative package for the upcoming year, and are a great opportunity for community members to share their concerns and suggestions with policy makers.
In order to allow as many community members as possible to attend, the following changes have been made:
The location of the Barrington forum has been changed to Rogers Free Library
The date and location of the Providence Public Forum has been changed to Wednesday, July 31st at the CCRI Liston Campus
The date of the Middletown Public Library has been changed to Wednesday, August 7th
Sincerely,
Alyssa Gleason
