PBN: Rebooting historic tax credit is smart move

A recent PBN article (“Textile mill renovations now paying dividends,” June 25) highlighted five mill-conversion projects in Rhode Island, former massive and abandoned industrial sites that are now contributing to our red-hot residential real estate market. Some of the projects aren't even fully completed and yet there are waiting lists for tenants.
