Patch: Bank of America Awards $30K to South County Habitat for Humanity

Bank volunteers join local build project in Exeter to support Habitat's mission

Bank of America has awarded South County Habitat for Humanity a $30,000 grant to help build more affordable housing in southern Rhode Island in 2019. In addition, Bank of America volunteers from Rhode Island helped with the construction of a multi-family home in Exeter on Oct. 8 as part of "Global Build Week," in which bank employees from around the world partner with local Habitat organizations to improve access to affordable housing.
