Homes RI: HomeSafe Application open today for HNRI and NWBRV

The Housing Network of Rhode Island and NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley open their HomeSafe Application today: http://neighborworksbrv.org/posts/homesafe/. To be eligible, households must have a qualifying short-term housing emergency, have lived in RI since May 1, 2019 and meet income eligibility (at or below 50% Area Median Income).
