Up to $10 Million Available to Expand Affordable Rental Housing in Rhode Island

PROVIDENCE, RI – Governor Dan McKee and Secretary of Housing Deborah Goddard today announced that applications are open for the Housing 2030 Public Developer Program, a $10 million initiative funded through Rhode Island’s historic $120-million housing bond approved by voters in 2024.
