FHLBB: Register Now: Your Feedback on the AHP Is Needed

FHLBank Boston is assessing our Affordable Housing Program (AHP) priorities and competitive scoring framework to ensure that the program remains a vital, flexible capital source to support a wide range of affordable housing initiatives across New England and the communities our members serve. From 1990 to 2018, AHP has provided $600 million in advances, grants, and subsidies assisting over 32,300 affordable homes.

Your feedback will help shape the program for 2021 and years to come.

FHLBB is hosting six state-level visioning working groups in partnership with their Advisory Council across New England in late January through February 2020. Please register today for one of the first three sessions below. Attendance is limited to 50 participants at each event.

Please note that the 2020 AHP will not be affected by this policy redesign. FHLBB will announce the 2020 AHP application funding round and dates in March.
