Issue Briefs

Issue Briefs are generally briefer publications that provide an overview of a particular topic of interest.

Over the years, HousingWorks RI has focused a number of Issue Briefs on several important topics, including the linkages between affordable housing and the RI economy, Building Homes Rhode Island – our state's housing bond program that has now been approved by RI voters three times, and the special needs of housing our lowest income households and those experiencing homelessness. In 2018, HousingWorks RI introduced the Scholar Series, which seeks to highlight contemporary research in housing.
