LINCOLN – The Lincoln Town Council voted to approve a zoning change Tuesday night that will allow Link Commercial Properties LLC to build a new condominium development across from Kirkbrae Country Club on Old River Road.
The two-bedroom condos at the Village at Albion will be restricted to people age 55 and older.
The company owned by Frank Paolino needed a zoning change from RS (residential single-family) to RG (residential general) to allow for the construction of 28 condo units.
Town Planner Al Ranaldi said there is high demand for this style of housing in Lincoln.
