Did you know that transportation is the second-largest household expense in America?

Building affordable housing in areas that have a high density of public transportation can help ease this financial strain on many households. That is one of the reasons our CEO, Scott Avedisian, was happy to take part in a recent panel discussion hosted by HousingWorks RI. HousingWorks at Roger Williams University is a clearinghouse of information about housing in Rhode Island.

This includes $3.8 billion in general revenue (increased by $25.0 million from enacted FY2018) and $3.1 billion in federal funds (a decrease of $52.3 million from enacted FY2018) with the balance from restricted receipts and other sources.
