Enterprise: Launches the 2020 Green Communities Criteria

The 2020 Criteria Aims for Climate-Resilient, Zero-Emission,
Healthy Affordable Homes

Today we’re pleased to launch the 2020 Green Communities Criteria – building on Enterprise’s enduring commitment to creating healthy, efficient and environmentally responsible affordable homes.

The updated Criteria – first introduced 15 years ago – includes several new and exciting components, including the Path to Zero – a groundbreaking emissions-elimination strategy for multifamily housing across the United States. Because the challenges of our new climate are many, the 2020 Criteria also features provisions to help protect vulnerable communities before, during and after natural disasters.
