One year after the town demanded answers from the developers of the High Rocks Condominiums as to why promised affordable units were never built, the two sides have reached an agreement on a path forward for the building.

Last year, a dispute over parking between residents at the High Rocks Condominiums and the company that developed the complex from the former Tupperware Mill drew the town’s attention to the project, which is nearing completion after 13 years of construction.

The developer of Dowling Village appeared before the Planning Board last week to discuss plans for a 21-unit condominium complex on Old Louisquisset Pike, a component he’s calling the “final piece” of the 15-year project off Route 146A.
