The Lincoln Town Council voted to approve a zoning change Tuesday night that will allow Link Commercial Properties LLC to build a new condominium development across from Kirkbrae Country Club on Old River Road.

Work has begun to transform vacant space in Lincoln’s historic Saylesville Mill complex into a 45-unit apartment community.

A proposal for a 28-unit condominium development at the former Highridge Swim and Tennis Club will be heard by the town’s Planning Board after the Technical Review Committee gave it a thumbs up this week.
