Community Works Rhode Island hosts ribbon-cutting!

On Monday, June 6th at 10:30a.m., join Community Works Rhode Island at 770 Broad Street in Providence to celebrate the completion of the Broad Street Revitalization development.

Community Works Rhode Island has completed 25 rental housing units, 4000 square feet of commercial space, and 1000 square feet of community space on four lots along Broad Street.  The property at 770 Broad Street will provide housing for families at Crossroads.

Among the several funding sources utilized, the Building Homes Rhode Island program contributed $575,000 to the completion of the Broad Street Revitalization effort.
