VY9 needs YOU!
What are you doing next Tuesday, November 7? Do you have two hours to hand out information or hold a sign at a polling place in your community?
The Vote Yes On 9 campaign needs volunteers to work the polls on Election Day. It's easy! Sign up online or call 272-YES9. Choose the early morning, lunchtime, late afternoon, or evening shift. We'll let you know where to be and provide you with a t-shirt and materials.
This is THE most important thing you can do for the campaign. Our volunteers are the front line. Your personal story of why Question 9 matters to you will make a difference for your friends and neighbors!
Rhode Island kids know 9 is for them
Children across Rhode Island have gotten into the Vote Yes On 9 spirit. Check out these VY9 pumpkins, carved by the family of Amy Rainone (you'll recognize Amy from our television commercial). And Gwen and Johnny Dane of Pawtucket spontaneously incorporated the VY9 message into a skit for family and friends. (You'll recognize Gwen from our 50 Stories.)
