LINCOLN – A proposed 72-unit affordable housing project in Manville has been given the green light from Lincoln’s Planning Board to move forward.
Dakota Partners, the developer behind a mill conversion project underway in Saylesville, plans to build three buildings of deed-restricted low- to moderate-income housing on mostly vacant land behind St. James Church.
